February

Happy February.  Today I found these beautiful vintage letters at Paula Rubenstein in Soho, New York.  I placed them in the snow on a table in the courtyard at our hotel.  What a contrast to January which we wrote in the sand at the beach and decorated with shells just last month.  For me February is about getting back into the swing of things.  It's also the month we celebrate love.  Here's to a wonderful and productive February!!

Happy February, Anna! Are you at the Crosby? I thought I recognized the bench in the photo yesterday, and am pretty sure those lanterns are from the courtyard. Am I right? I stayed a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved it! Have fabulous time.

Anna, have you got the telly on? - you're missing all the action here. Saw your little darling yesterday... he said he is hoping that you bring him back something really good... just sayin' A-M xx

Oh how much fun is that?? Some look like those coloured unit blocks we learned how to count with in Kindergarten. Have fun & enjoy the cold, Australia is melting & getting blown away. Love Posie

Wish you had better weather for your trip here, but at least you escaped the hurricane/cyclone!

Love the letters! Just bought some similar ones for my house.

Loving those vintage letters ~ are you shipping any back home?
Re: overpacking, I am travelling overseas for the first time without my husband this year, and yes he always carries the suitcases ~ I guess I will have to be very choosy on what I cram into the suitcase. from Jenny (Melbourne)

Hi Anna! I just wanted to tell you how much you inspire me. I love all of the gorgeous bold colours you use, and I'm trying to be as bold in our new house. You've also inspired me to start a blog about our renovation adventures! I hope you don't mind, but one of the first posts I wrote included your beautiful tutu desk - gorgeous!
